The Informer - WSU Research Funding News & Opportunities

This opportunity is a limited submission, please follow application procedures below.

This sponsor restricts the number of applications or proposals a campus can submit. The guidelines for these programs require the institution to screen pre-proposals or nominations to determine which applications will be submitted for competition. If you have any questions regarding this procedure, please email Esther Pratt (estherpratt@wsu.edu).
  1. Complete a three to five page project description and a one-page budget that summarizes the total project period. Requests for matching funds or exceptions to campus policies must be identified at this stage and included in the budget page. Requests could be negotiated if the project is selected for submission.
  2. Complete the Limited Submission Cover Sheet. (PDF)
  3. Submit all materials to the Office of Grant & Research Development, 423 Neill Hall, by the internal deadline posted on this announcement.
  4. OGRD and/or the VPR will notify PIs of the results of the internal review process. The selected project(s)/nominees will then complete the full proposal for submission. Full proposals must be submitted through OGRD with a REX form, budget and all appropriate campus approvals.
If you have missed the internal deadline, please email Esther Pratt (estherpratt@wsu.edu) in the event that no other pre-proposals were received you may be approved to proceed with a proposal to the agency.
